Project One: Character Box Model

The Process

Beginning with gathering reference from the popular mobile game, “Subway Surfers”, I searched for a variety of angles of the character analyzing shapes, colors, and style. Once adequate reference was accumulated I began box-modeling the character in Maya starting with the body and facial features, then proceeding to the clothing and accessories. After the character was finished, it was rigged it for animation and posing.
